ram 1500 remote start shuts off

Hello Everyone just a quick question about the mopar remote start Ive got one on my 06 SRT8 and Ive started using it since it has started getting cold the past few attempts at starting it from inside my house have failed it will start up and run for 3-4 seconds then shut off the radio stays on but the engine stops. When I use remote start the climate control is in the Off position.
